Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - AQM - BFSI

Title: Assistant Managers/Managers & Senior Managers

Roles:

AQM is a high end technical role, which consists of managers and senior managers focused on monitoring or enhancing quality checks of the audits performed by global teams.

The team assists the global teams in various quality-related initiatives such as:

- Pre Issuance reviews including thematic or hot file reviews

- Preparing for PCAOB inspections

- Audit quality reviews (AQRs)

- Focused reviews per internal to EY Professional Practice / Quality and Risk Management requirements.

The role is highly technical and the ideal candidate should possess deep and thorough knowledge of audit concepts.

GAAS or sector knowledge and experience are preferable.

Skill set:

- Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards. Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and International auditing standards is an advantage.

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation Skills.

- Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills.

- Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English.

- The ability to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues in India and around the world.
