SAP PP:

- Configuration of PP module in "Make to stock" and "Make to Order" Repetitive manufacturing environment.

- MRP run configuration.

- Planned Independent Requirement process.

- Capacity planning configuration.

- AS-IS, TO-BE, Blueprint, realization, Cutover Activity, and final preparation stage.

- RICEF preparations, testing, and delivery.

- Working in developments/ enhancements based on business requirement change.

- Preparation of end-user documentation.

- Provide Training to Core team members.

- Before going live did unit testing and integration testing.

- Preparation of LSMW & upload cutover data through LSMW.

- Post Go-live support (On-shore support & off-shore support).

- BDC creation to upload in mass BOM, Routing, Production version & production order.

- Good exposure in backflush, Standard Value, and Control Keys & Planning Strategies.

- Study and organize all production processes, integration of SAP PP within an Industrial Environment.

- Involved in the development of functional specifications and Troubleshooting the Transactional Problems.

- Master Data Configuration: Material Master, BOM, work center/Resource, Routing/Master Recipe, Production Version.

- Production Order: Creating Production order, Carrying out material availability Scheduling and Releasing Production Order, Confirmation/Time ticket Production Order.

- Transaction: Order creation, confirmation, Time ticket, Goods issue, GR, Picklist, Batch.

SAP QM:

- A SAP QM Consultant should have QM integration with different modules as MM, PP, SD, CO and PM in the SAP system.

- A SAP QM Consultant is responsible for the configuration of SAP Quality Management area to meet the business requirement to enhance the quality management process.

- Maintain Catalog, set of catalog, Usage decision, MIC, Defects & Inspection plan.

- Designing and Configuration of Supply Chain Management and production support in SCM functional area to implement the QM solution.

- Responsible for deploying QM systems to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for the QM process.

- Preparation of LSMW & upload cutover data through LSMW.

- BDC creation to upload in mass data.

- He communicates and coordinates with business users, managers and Quality Management leads to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organizations.

- An ability to solve complex problems quickly and creatively.

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques and with a confident approach and excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of different Quality Management and Defect management tools.

SAP PM:

- Facilitate implementation and support of SAP PM.

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

- Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary products.

- Modifications to satisfy business needs. Design, customize, configure, and testing of PM.

- Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.

- Troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software.

- Problems, handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.

- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

- Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.

- Provide support on both new implementations and existing support projects.

- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior

- Full cycle implementation as well as in support projects handled.

- Designing and configuring PM modules.

- Maintain Catalog, set of catalog, Usage decision.

- Preparation of LSMW & upload cutover data through LSMW.

- BDC creation to upload in mass data.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

- Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset

- Ability to understand business processes from a business perspective

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
