- All departments related to NPD, Technical and Quality aspects of the function.
- To facilitate the activities of Product Development in the dairy segment to make new products and to deliver on time, at given cost and complying with regulatory guidelines.
- To improve by continuously optimizing current formulations through optimizing ingredient and by introducing new ingredients/technology.
- To manage costs and incept initiatives by identifying new suppliers and alternate equivalents.
- To keep updated about the global trends of technology, cost scenario, competition strategy and Intellectual innovations via literature search, supplier network, etc.
- Identification of new RM's for performance by regular networking with suppliers, surfing through literatures, coordinating with technical experts.
- Performance evaluation of developed formulations by coordinating In-lab, and marketing/sales panel assessments.
- To develop technology competencies to maintain a healthy product pipeline.
- To build primary protocols in terms of quality and production
- Hardcore product knowledge and product development experience
- Knowledge of innovative product concepts to create business opportunities
- Deep insights of the Food Flavour and Ingredient category
- To lead, innovate and execute the Dairy portfolio for the organization.
