Designation: Assistant Manager /Manager - Recruitment
Key Responsibilities/Activities :
Team management : Manage the recruitment team, act as a mentor, perform periodic hiring review meetings, set goals/KRAs and motivate the team to ensure there is high productivity. Evaluate the existing process and implement improvements if any. Guide the members with regards to niche requirements/ hiring projects. Oversee the reports that are shared weekly/ monthly/ annually by the team. Monitor the progress of the team with periodic assessment.
Stakeholder management : Build a strong rapport with delivery seniors, interact with them regularly and provide regular updates to understand the staffing requirements- progress. Work in collaboration with the team and them to close their business/staffing needs (aim to have no billing losses and adhere to the SLAs for closures)
Staffing related activities : Should also work as an IC where he/she is required to source, screen, interact with candidates and negotiate on salary where required. Ensure there are ample contact points with the candidates until the time of joining. Oversee the campus recruitment activity, referral programs and any ad-hoc project requirements, gather market intelligence, map competitor organizations etc.
MIS reporting : Proficient with excel, PowerPoint and word. The incumbent needs to ensure all the recruitment reports and dashboards, are maintained and updated effectively by the team. He/she should possess the ability to articulate the outcome of all the recruitment activities across the company.
Vendor management : Effectively manage existing vendors and evaluate any new potential vendors for tie-ups. Ensure there are regular interactions with them to provide feedback, help them understand the business requirements and thus churn out more resumes.
Key skills :
- Overall 8+ years of experience in recruitment with atleast 3+ years of experience in managing a team of 3-4 employees.
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate the team
- Proficient with sourcing talent through the diverse avenues like job portals, head-hunting, linked-in, employee referrals etc
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact effectively with top management and senior delivery teams
- Strong analytical skills, good with excel, powerpoint etc.
Experience :
8+ yrs of experience in recruitment with atleast 5+ years of exposure in financial domain
Education : MBA Human resources
