- Maintenance of team Members' Performance Dashboard

- Client Engagement

- Using industry specific knowledge and new channel sourcing

- Business Insights

- Client feedback

- Timely Operations review

- Input for monthly Invoicing

- Process Audit/SLA Tracker

- Controlling Attrition

- Team welfare and development

CTQs:

- Degree

- Experience: 10+ years

- Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel

- End to end knowledge of Recruitment cycle

- Excellent communication skills

- Target Oriented

- Flexibility towards work

- Stable employment in at least last 2 jobs (>= 2 years in each job)
