Quality Assistant Manager/Manager
Designation : Manager/AM
Location : Hyderabad
Shifts : 2 PM - 12 AM (UK Shifts)
- The exposure to O2C/P2P/R2R (core F&A) domain is very important for this position.
- Business is open to look at ops profiles too we are not necessarily hung up for candidates in current Black/Green Belt stints.
- Exposure to digital technologies and involvement in transformation drives in their current organization is a definite plus.
Job Responsibility :
- Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
- Lead and Implement business process management system for clients
- Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year as per corporate guidelines.
- Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
- Conducting and reviewing FMEA/VSM periodically
- Base lining Study and Bench-marking/Standardization
- Capacity Utilization / Productivity reporting and analysis
Improving LSS DNA : Coaching and Mentoring Project Owners in DMAIC/Re-Engineering/ Lean, Co-facilitate LSS trainings, if required
- Best practice sharing & implementation
- Build and drive CI and Transformation roadmaps, aligned to customer priorities
- Drive Customer governance on CI, leading to high NPS
- Drive Productivity Initiatives
- Individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per corporate guidelines.
Build LSS DNA culture - Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification
- Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in Lean and Six Sigma
- Best practice sharing & implementation
Skill Required - External Requirement :
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Quality/six sigma, Knowledge of Statistical tools/Knowledge of various Quality Systems/ Knowledge of Minitab
- Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities globally
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
Skill Required - Internal Requirement :
- Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean certified Experience in quality role preferred but not a requirement
- Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders globally
- Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
