Assistant Manager/Manager - Purchase - Pharma (6-10 yrs)
1. To be strong in Domestic & Foreign purchases.
2. Verify purchase requisitions and quotes by comparing items.
3. Monitor about payment terms, delivery terms and other terms as well.
4. To be able to follow ups and good negotiations.
5. To be good at vendor relationships, documentations skills and cost controlling.
6. Review quality & purchased products.
7. Handling oral and online purchases.
8. Monitor the stock/inventory levels and place those orders.
9. Should be able to research potential vendors.
10. Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Required Candidate profile:
1. A knack for negotiation and networking
2. Working experience of vendor management software
3. Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
4. Solid judgement along with decision making skills
5. Strong leadership capabilities
6. Team Management Skills.
7. Need to handle the pressure.
8. To be have great communication skills.
9. Multi linguistic (Telugu, Hindi & English) Candidate is more preferable
10. To be familiar with material management software.
