OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Development & management of health products

CORE RESPONSILITIES :

The candidate will be responsible to take care of the complete product life cycle for health insurance products. Below are the core responsibilities of the profile:

1. Ideate new products and prepare innovative product propositions.

2. Preparation of regulatory filing documentation while taking all necessary approvals from internal and external stakeholders.

3. Responsible for Launching the products successfully in the identified key markets.

4. Conduct product trainings and resolving field queries for ensuring sales support.

5. Market research by closely tracking developments in insurance space within India and globally, in terms of new product launches, emerging consumer trends, etc.

6. Lead internal and statutory audit & reporting requirements.
