- The purpose of the role is the provision of all management information and/or analysis relating to the contact centre business need including operational performance/insight, customer insight and speech analytics.

- This includes developing the Performance Management infrastructure and strategy, producing Global Contact Centre scorecards and producing presentations and reactive analysis to a senior audience.

- The role holder will deliver some or all of the tasks documented in this role profile.

- The role holder's individual objectives will determine the scope of their role on a day to day basis to meet the demand of the business.
