Assistant Manager/Manager - PMO

Required skillsets:

1. Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 2+ years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience

2. Experience in project managing end-to-end implementation of commercial projects, process optimization projects, mergers/divestiture projects or ERP projects

3. Excellence in program management to design, develop and govern the integration/carve-out plan across cross-functional teams

4. An ideal candidate is a detail oriented, organized, a strong communicator and someone who can build trust with all the stakeholders

5. Ability to understand cross-functional processes across Business, Delivery, Finance, HR, Marketing, Administration etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead business transformation initiatives as project manager

2. Lead projects in the areas of post merger integration and divestitures

3. Provide necessary support to project managers and project leads to plan the project activities

4. Liaise with project managers to identify and plan the critical dependencies and integration points between the projects

5. Track weekly milestones progress and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) management

6. Develop portfolio plans

7. Provide PMO support on the projects

8. Ensure the latest status of the tasks are being updated in the project management tools by the project managers through diligent follow-ups

9. Support preparation of periodic updates to senior management on the projects' progress
