Performance Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager
- Must have tapped US market and handled 1 cr of budget
- You will be responsible for the overall performance marketing strategy, including but not limited to campaign conceptualization, research, account structuring, creative execution, conversion funnel optimization & reporting.
- You will manage execution across channels, generate learnings by designing testing strategies to optimize audiences, bid strategies, and creatives.
- You contribute to further growth of our performance marketing team in terms of expertise and personnel, as well as foster growth of junior team members.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across digital channels and assets
- You influence the success of our campaign offering by staying on top of recent developments in Ad tech.
