Job Responsibility :
- Payroll, Reimbursement & Labour Compliance Management
- Handle Full & Final Settlement.
- Manage all aspects of Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
- Participate in the development & implement programmes and processes of Compensation & Benefits.
- Comply with local Labour Law reporting and filing regulations for all Payroll matters.
- Good knowledge in Employee accounting & taxation on salary.
- Automation of Processes with an objective of Cost reduction or increased efficiency.
- Timely submission of ESI & PF Declaration forms of new employees(Form1,2 and Form-11)
- Handling Statutory Compliance ESIC,PF, LWF, P.tax, TDS, bonus and minimum wages return/challans on monthly/quarterly /annually basis as per the act on before due dates.
Generating Statutory reports : PF, ESI, P.TAX, LWF, Bonus, TDS, Gratuity etc.
- Processing PF claims of left employees for settlement and PF Transfer cases.
- Generating new joiners PF and ESIC No.
- Interaction with various department (LIC, PF, ESI & Factory Office)
- Customer oriented, approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
