Assistant Manager/Manager - Operations Improvement - CEO Office (2-6 yrs)
Role Summary :
1. Incumbent shall work directly with the CEO and support him in process improvement, process optimization, system implementations, software implementation, automation
2. Help CEO in operation and process analysis
3. Manage various projects running across company for CEO for process efficiency improvement
4. Coordinate C-level meetings and drive MIS
5. Support CEO in other strategic projects
Exp. & skills needed :
- MBA
- 1-4 years experience in any of the following areas:
a. Driving automation projects or
c. Driving strategies or
d. Being EA to CEO or
e. Strategic consulting
f. Operational efficiency consultant
- Must have excellent excel skills
- Must have exp. of streamlining or improving processes.
