Education : Graduate + Pref Master's Degree in Management, Marketing or a related discipline
Experience : 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Retail / business development with a proven track record in business growth, negotiation and sales. Effective communication & analytical skills.
CTC : Standard Industry Hike
Working Conditions : 9 AM onwards , 5 days

JOB DIMENSIONS :
The person will be looking after the business development of SFS business in the region of Chennai and some parts of Kerala.
ACTIVITIES :
1. Market expertise and subject matter expert by networking and through appropriate market research.
2. Devise and execute a prospecting plan to identify projects for SFS in the region responsible.
3. To create and manage an active prospect database to ensure robust sales pipeline aligned to be business objective in the region responsible.
4. Identify and shortlist potential investors who has the right resources align with the business requirement.
5. Identify new business opportunities for SFS division to achieve its business plan in the region responsible
6. Market, negotiate and work towards closure of the deals with the investors to enter into a long-term business agreement.
7. Responsible for executing brand development activities for client's "Wash" and "Caf" brands in the region responsible.
8. To provide the necessary market information and inputs in the desired format so as to create the investment file for validation and necessary approval.
9. Onboarding of channel partners to the project finalized and ensuring that their alignment to the company objectives.
10. To provide specific inputs from the market to decide and finalize on the design and branding of projects executed in the region responsible
11. Motivate the investors to assign pertinent resources at the agreed time frame to complete the project well-on time.
12. Engage with industry contacts, potential stakeholders, domain specialist etc., to create land-banks, resources to effectively meet up the business plan and future development.
