1. Campaign Planning - Prepare Annual/quarterly/monthly plans for our marketplace & E-Comm platforms 2. Offers/Promotions - Develop growth strategies and work with internal stakeholders to deliver end results 3. Work in line with JBP finalized at the start of the year, 4. Identify new avenues of growth in these e-commerce platforms 5. Collaborate with internal teams for creative and communication strategy 6. Collaborate with agencies/marketplace teams and other vendors for various campaigns and projects 7. Continuously improve on existing knowledge of new avenues and strategies on marketplace platforms 8. Develop relationships with the teams from the platforms 9. Build Insights on Competition/Industry from the marketplace. 10. Work closely with business teams 11. Understand ORM tools, build insights and handle escalations if any. 12. Familiarity with the analytics platforms of respective marketplaces - Amazon PI, Amazon DSP, Flipkart Brand insights, GA, etc Requirements and Skills 1. MBA/PGDM in Marketing 2. Proven experience in digital marketing & Analytics is a must 3. Prior experience in doing marketing on the platform is 4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing e-commerce marketing with all marketplaces 5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
