Assistant Manager/Manager - Marketing Analytics

What is expected from this role?

- Generate regular marketing performance reports and dashboards.

- Track and monitor campaign performance across all marketing channels and platforms.

- Analyze and advise on improving marketing campaign conversion rates continuously.

- Analyze business impact data like cost per lead, etc., and provide insights.

- Propose improvements to KPIs to improve timely targeting of 'Ready-to-buy' leads.

What must be required skills?

- Strong cross-platform multi-channel digital marketing performance data collection, collation, reporting, analytics, and graphical representation skills.

- Monitor and identify areas of growth for paid and social media marketing performance.

- Experience in digital marketing reporting and analytics covering websites, email, social media, online events, SEO, etc.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

What tools he/she should have worked on?

- Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analytics

- Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar Data visualization platform

- Google Analytics and CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive) exposure

- PowerPoint, Word
