Min. essentials:

1. Qualifications: B. Tech / BE in CS, IT, Electrical or MCA

2. Min professional experience: 07 Yrs

3. Strong communication and presentation skills

4. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of work and deliverables

5. Prior experience in consultancy is desirable

6. Prior experience of working with the Public sector / Multilaterals / Donors will be desirable

7. Should have good domain knowledge of any one sector like Housing & Real Estate, Urban, WASH, e-Commerce, BFSI

8. Should have prior experience of preparation of strategy & roadmap, transaction advisory / bid management, program management

Roles and responsibility:

The candidate will work on leading engagements with clients, be responsible for project delivery, client relationship and team management. The candidate is also expected to focus on research, thought leadership, knowledge creation as part of the role. Since we are a new age firm, we encourage people to take up added responsibilities and multi-task, which also enables them to grow.

Compensation:

Compensation shall be the best among peers

Salary offered: 14-24LPA
