Looking for : 

- Only CA with post qualification experience of min 3+ years in M&A experience.

 - Experience in Integration & Separation

- Financial Due Diligence background

- Accounting advisory service or financial process review / strong audit background

- Candidates only from Big 4 or a good Corporate/Consulting can apply.
