Looking for a contract management professional who has done IT agreements, Software license agreements etc.

Role -

Specialist Information Technology lawyer with a strong focus on the following:

Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts related to Software licenses, Hardware procurements, and other IT related services;

Advisory on Open source and Freeware terms and conditions

Advise on information technology related laws including Cyber laws;

Remain constantly updated on the emerging IT trends and legal implications revolving around modern day technology disruption issues such as robotics, financial technology, cloud computing etc. and other technology developments and keep the business and senior management abreast of these changes;

Respond and provide solutions to legal queries posed by the business teams in relation to the contractual agreements and related terms in the IT domain;

Diligently track and report tasks and status to the management

Qualification - LL.B
