Job Profile:
- Identify, Compile, Analyze & Finalize Training needs
- Develop content in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
- Oversee the development of training material, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, etc.
- Devise & implement various learning methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, webinars, etc.
- Identify potential internal Trainers
- Design & execute Mass Training Programs, Programs for small groups & for Individuals
- Measure Training Effectiveness & devise, implement processes to improve the same
