Job Description: Responsible for the L & D
- The employee will be responsible for Learning and development, Employee Recognition, Engagement and Performance Development activities.
- Manage the Training Need Identification
- Creating the competency Framework - Competency Mapping
- Manage all Internal and External Training Co-ordination
- Run the internal Training sessions
- Manage Induction training for all the new employees
- Coordination & Operations of the entire Learning & Development function in Hafele India
- Building a strong HR Marketing platform
- Coordination with Internal Departments and Functional Heads.
- End to end Employee engagement of Employees - in Mumbai and co-ordinate PAN India with support of other HR team members.
