Job Title: Learning Architect

Job Purpose:

As a Learning Architect in the Enterprise Vertical at ISB Executive Education, the role involves leading the design and implementation of transformative learning experiences for corporate learners. The role includes engaging in Learning Need Identification (LNI) with client leadership, analyzing learning needs, customizing content for program design, creating impactful learning journeys, and managing program execution.

Job Outline:

- Conduct in-depth Learning Needs Analysis with client leadership, understanding organizational contexts and specific learning requirements.

- Design tailored, impactful, and reusable learning journeys specific to program design.

- Moderate content customization discussions with faculty and client leadership for enhanced learning effectiveness.

- Collaborate with program management on faculty outreach and recommendations.

- Research and develop learning frameworks, new course materials, and collaterals aligned with industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate customized course-flow documents, approach notes, diagnostic reports, proposals, and impact assessments.

- Develop centralized repositories for reusable collaterals.

- Manage escalations, address issues, and ensure smooth program execution.

- Identify and implement efficiency improvements in the learning value chain.

- Adopt proactive communication for risk management related to content, design, and faculty alignment.

Job Specification:

Education: MBA/Other Master's Degree/Related Degrees in HR, Psychology

Specific Skills:

- Experience with global L&D teams

- Program management

- Learning Design in multiple formats

- Attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Desirable Experience:

- 5+ years in program management/instructional design

- Experience in executive education, corporate learning, or online instruction

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business development and program management teams in creating learning solutions.

- Consult with senior stakeholders on content shaping and obtain approval of learning assets.

- Perform requirement analysis for program building with faculty, clients, and internal teams.

- Maintain an archive of reusable learning nuggets.

- Advise on effective use of digital learning tools.

- Use learner evaluations to improve design.

- Create client presentations, proposals, marketing/communication templates, and reports.

- Coordinate and execute diagnostic studies and report writing.

- Adopt and analyze impact assessment frameworks for bespoke learning solutions.

- Digitize and automate processes using available technology.

- Organize course content, and resources, and align them with goals.

- Ensure content customization and contextualization.

Education and Experience:

- PG or graduate degree in business administration, education, or related field.

- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.

- Experience with consultancy firms is desirable.

- Exposure to training/L&D practices.

- Relevant subject discipline knowledge.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English for reports and presentations.

- Analytical and diagnostic skills.

- Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.

- Excellent project management, time management, and organizing skills.

Time Allocation:

- Learning Program Design & Conceptualisation: 40%

- Program Execution, Client Connects, Customisation, and Escalation Management: 30%

- Faculty Relationship Management: 10%

- New Content Creation and Review: 20%

- Total Time Spent on All Responsibilities: 100%
