Total Experience :
- At least 2 - 5 years in Leadership hiring.
- Leadership recruiting experience in Advisory Firm, Executive search firm or Ecommerce/ IT company or Corporate environment, executing a variety of searches with an emphasis on individualized candidate experience.
- Must have domain expertise to build productive partnerships with leaders.

- Superior written and oral communications skills, good influencing and persuasion skills.
- The highly intelligent and analytical individual who is detail-oriented and excels in research.
- A confident individual who takes initiative is consistently proactive and is able to interact credibly with people at all levels of an organization, esp. Leadership team.

Scope of work :
- You will be tasked with building strategies to identify and engage candidates for leadership and mid-management positions. Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced, agile environment and get the job done.
- The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition & sourcing and forging dynamic relationships with business leaders. Will have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of the role they play, and in providing amazing client service.
- Skillfully support weighing the anticipated and immediate challenges of the targeted role, and corresponding opportunities to productively explore more diverse perspectives.
- Screen resumes and assesses candidates, coordinate interviews, be the point of contact with the candidate till onboarded.
- Identify and source key industry leaders to develop a comprehensive market perspective.
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates (leadership level), support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Foster relationships with passive/active talent, recruiting partners and business leaders.
- Strategize innovative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research and sourcing.
Work Days: 6 days working, for extended hours.
