Business Unit: Piramal Capital & Housing Finance (Brickex)

Location: Mumbai

Required experience:

3-7 years of experience in any HFCs, NBFCs or Banks in real estate vertical .

This role will be on the sell side

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess investment transactions

2. Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis

3. Preparing Investment Committee presentation and Notes (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)

4. Coordinating and complying pre-disbursement and post documentation checklist

5. Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting of deviations from covenants.

6. Evaluating various deals from credit and risk perspective and deep understanding of markets

7. Introducing new products for providing funding solutions to developers

8. Achieving revenue (fee) and Fund Raising targets through closure of Capital Advisory Transactions.

9- Source, Sign up and closure of mandates with Developers for raising funds for them through financiers

10. Facilitate transaction End-to-end with Developers and Financiers through co-ordinatons, information gathering and meetings.
