Assistant Manager/Manager - Internal Audit - Global Audit & Advisory Firm - CA

Position: Asst. Manager/ Manager-Internal Audit (Leading Global Audit and Advisory Firm)

Role:

- Responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of internal audits, process reviews.

- Audit planning, execution and finalization

- Actively establish & strengthen client and internal relationships

- Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client

- Help in development of an Internal Financial Control Framework and Enterprise Risk Management Framework

- Corporate Governance Support services

- Manage and Mentor a team

- Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete

- Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- CAs with 3-5 yrs of experience in Internal Audit in a Big 4 or leading Audit Advisory Firm

- Candidates should have worked on assignments for Indian clients across sectors

- Must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards

- Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity

- Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
