Experience : AM - 4+ yrs / Minimum 8-10 Yrs. in Project Management, Real Estate, B2B Sales

Education : Graduation with MBA preferable

Knowledge Required : Real Estate, Sales, Project Management, Exposure to Statues and Local Bye Laws

Other Dimensions : Each state has over 50 top institutions, 100 smart cities notified across the country and over 700 MCs, all of these are potential IA targets

Internal Interactions :Legal : Agreement sign-off, Due Diligence, Legal Deviations and way forward. ; Finance: Business Case and Rentals Impacting EBITA ;Deployment : Planning on HOLD sites,

Skills / Competencies : Communication & Negotiation Skills, People Management Skills, Liaison Skills, Customer Handling

Principal Purpose of the Job :

To acquire sites from government & private institutions in line with customer requirement. Focus on delivering difficult & critical sites with established processes. Tracking and Participation in various tenders notified by various authorities


1. RFAI through IA sites in circle

- LOI (site count) to SP Conversion %

- Number of customer workshop/meetings

- Mapping of open orderbook with IA acquired funnel

- Liquidation of IA tagged SRs in Order book

- Review of IA tagged SRs with NB & IA team

2. New Institution Accounts to added in circle

- Acquisition of sites from institution such as MCs, Development authority, police station etc.

- Engaging with industry association i.e. TAIPA, COAI, State government / MCs for creation of favorable tower policies

- Tender Management, Technical eligibility & participation in 100% of tender

- Positioning and follow-up Meetings with Institutions in circle, maintaining relationship on regular basis

3. Growth in IA sites Portfolio :

- Addition of new sites

- IA sites rental payment as per the contract

- IA site sharing

4. Acquisition of smart city project (smart poles and or fibre and or GBM and or small cells), Digital Districts

- Meetings with smart city project authorities and maintaining relationship

- Following up and working on generating PPP model RFPs

5. IBS

- No of IBS accounts acquired (LOI Signed)

- RFAI of IBS sites

Typical decisions you have to make, in the course of your job

Where no approval is required

- Identification of institutions to work upon proposal of sites, initial requirements

- Where no approval is required but you need to keep your manager informed

- Any initial proposal submission to Institution without having any commercial offering

- Application for new sites permission

- Where you can approve after taking internal approvals and from whom

- Tender participation after having all approvals in place as per DOA

- Commercial proposal submission to Institutions after taking necessary approval as per DOA

Who can approve in case you are not authorized to approve?

- Circle SAQ Head / Circle CEO/ RD/ National Site Acquisition Head as per DOA

- Approvals would change with respect to activity
