To ensure strict adherence and compliance of applicable labour laws in the stores and Company's Code of ethics. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY : 1. 100% adherence to Compliance - Ensure the compliance to all the applicable labour laws through day to day interaction, audits, updates from the counsel - To manage the engagement of contract labour process at store level in best price stores and advisory to the Store Management on the compliance issues thereof - Adhere to the documentation related to promoters and maintain documents as per compliance 2. Handling employee grievances - Advisory to the store management and other associates at the store level on various employee related matters - Overall controlling authority in the administration of the discipline at the store level 3. Associate Engagement - Responsibility for the employee engagement for store associates and improvement in the overall engagement score year on year - Execute and Organize Employee recognition initiatives 4. Associate hiring &amp; development - To ensure overall control and advisory to store management for the recruitment at the store level - Upskilling of store management team on ER capabilities from time to time - Impart training for newly joined on board and other training programmes initiated by organization 5. Maintaining diversity @ stores 6. Audit - Maintain and observe company's internal control standards, implement and observe Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators 7.
