We are hiring for a Assistant Manager/ HR Manager for our client (Real Estate MNC) to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and lead Human Resources department.

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. And involves collaborating with senior leaders, managers, and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives. Also involved in focusing on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and support employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives & wellness programs to enhance morale and productivity & promote well-being.

- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies

- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Hiring and conducting high level HR interviews, salary negotiations and offer roll out

- Payroll and benefits program, statutory compliance, managing the HR budget

Requirements and skills:

- 6-10 years of work experience as assistant HR Manager or similar role, who can oversee end-to-end HR activities

- Workday software (Pre-Post Onboarding, Employee Database management, PMS, etc.)

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
