(We are looking for candidates from Mumbai only - South Mumbai & Western Suburbs preferred)
Education - Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience - 2- 7 yrs (Talent Acquisition Specialist preferred)
Reporting to Head Talent Acquisition.
Candidate Expectation -
The desired candidate will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition
Responsible for Hiring the right candidate & managing end to end cycle recruitment cycle.
- The role would involve 70 % Recruitment (Campus + regular hiring as per organisation need) & coordination (On-boarding, joining formalities etc)
- 20% will be in regular HR Operations
- Vendor Management
- Coordination with the Business / Practice Head / Partners
- Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint.
- MIS & Database Management
- Excellent & clear in communication.
- Keen on learning & should be willing to manage any other HR function if required.
The Organisation is Five Day Working.
