Location - Mumbai - Lower Parel

(We are looking for candidates from Mumbai only - South Mumbai & Western Suburbs preferred)

Education - Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience - 1-4 yrs (End to End Hiring / Talent Acquisition Specialist preferred)

Reporting to Head Talent Acquisition.

Candidate Expectation -

Excellent & clear in communication.

Responsible for Hiring the right candidate & managing end to end cycle recruitment cycle.

- The role would involve 70 % Recruitment (Campus + regular hiring as per organisation need) & coordination

- 20% will be in regular HR Operations.

- Vendor Management

- Coordination with the Business / Practice Head / Partners

- Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint.

- MIS & Database Management

- Clear email communications.

- You are expected to be alert and quick in understanding the requirements & responding.

- Keen on learning & should be willing to manage any other HR function if required.
