Manager/Senior Manager - HR
- Incumbent would be require to take care of the entire unit of Hospital as Head HR
- Incumbent would be require to administer HR functions in the hospital and ensure compliance
- Incumbent should have prior exposure of working in Hospital / Medical Field
- Candidate should be well versed and should have hands on exposure in recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Life cycle management, HR Operations, Corporate HR Function and Implementation of Policies and Procedures
- Ideal Candidate would should have exposure of handling daily administrative HR Function for Hospital and Clinics
