Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing/Oil & Gas

We are currently looking to hire a Human Resource Professional for a German MNC for their Corporate Office in Bangalore.

Designation: Asst Manager HR/ Manager HR

Reporting to: Head of Human Resources

Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HRM

Objective:

To achieve the objectives of learning and development, talent acquisition, and talent Management of the organization.

Job Profile:

- Develop learning and development initiatives / programs

- Maintain training records and budget

- Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives

- Manage the recruitment process

- Manage on boarding, induction, orientation and internship programs

- Ensure error free HRIS. Timely update of records and information to Manager HR.

- Maintain and track reports.

- Compile and analyze reports concerning personnel-related data such as headcount, attrition rate, demography, performance appraisals, reference checks, exit interviews and leave records.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

Essential:

- Strong fundamental knowledge in all HR sub-functions

- Data Research, Reporting and Analytical Skills

- Good written and verbal English language skills

- Willingness to work directly on all initiatives as an individual contributor

- Positively oriented team player with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Desired:

- Good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle high pressure at workplace and willingness to stretch goals

- Practical Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite

- Project Management Skills

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
