- Design and develop framework for the employee on the basis of organizational needs.
- Talent engagement discussions with the teams in the departments and work on action plans for improving engagement scores.
- Performance activities include -Performance discussions, development need identification and increment closures.
Talent management :
- Streamline matrix for Identification of high potential employees
- Build an Individualized development action plan for the leadership team.
- Org restructuring as per the changing business strategies
