He/she is responsible for ensuring system configuration, accuracy of master data input, timely and efficient delivery of payroll & HR related services to new clients. Also, He/ She is expected to be sensitive to potential risks and implement mitigation plans.   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Continue the client journey to ensure customer experience is seamless during the transition from the sales phase into the Business-as-usual delivery;   - Meet with client to review implementation proposal, agree on roles, timelines, systems requirements & configuration set-up, UAT, parallel runs, and training needs. Provide an overview briefing of how the entire process will work;   - Work with payroll systems providers to set up the Database Code and to make customizations in the system when applicable;   - Execute the implementation activities:   a) ) Document Clients relevant information using standard templates (Calendar, List of trusted sources, etc.)  b) Create Master Set-up file and Customer Network Folder  c) Upload employees data in the system  d) Set up Statutory bodies reporting requirements  e) Set up payment file requirements;   f) Conduct well-structured and documented testing protocols to ensure high degree of reliability of outcomes;   g) Update Implementation Track Sheet throughout the process;   - Coordinate activities with other Payroll and Global teams;   - Guide the service delivery teams ensuring on boarding occurs to agreed time lines and planned cost, this includes to monitor and control the completion of time writing and billing  Essentials & Qualifications :  - Diploma / Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Business or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred  - Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience in payroll, Employment Act, Personal Income Tax and well versed in related legislations  - Must have prior supervisory experience  - Good project management skills, sense of urgency and results orientation with strong ability to plan and organise. Good command of English (written and oral) and is resourceful, independent and strong in problem-solving abilities  - Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow standard process workflows and ensure data accuracy and consistency  - Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel  - Experience in outsourcing firm with strong client servicing skills is preferred.
