Urgently hiring AM/Manager -HR Generalist [Hybrid] for Financial Service provider in Gurugram.
We are looking out for MBA candidates with 7+ years of experience.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Recruitment: This is specific to company and any other position managed by this team.
- On boarding: On boarding of new employees for India and other geographies (UAE & UK) as and when necessary- done remotely
Payroll & HRIS:
- We are in the process of moving to a new payroll partner. This role will be working with the new partners in the migration and setting up of system.
- Monthly working on providing salary inputs and SPOC for the payroll and compliances with payroll partner and Finance.
- Work on the F&F and exit formalities.
- Employee engagement: Work on the employee engagement calendar and roll out of the activities.
- L&D: Work on the training needs and programs.
- Employee confirmations & PMS.
- Any new projects across entities.
Qualifications and skills
- MBA HR with atleast 5 years' experience in good corporate with strong HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong HR background
- Should be enthusiastic, open to learn and bring in new ideas
- Good communication skills and pleasant demeanour.
