Asst Manager / Manager HR - Generalist

Reporting to: DGM HR

Job Location : Chennai

- Managing employee life cycle for front-end functions for a region, as an HR Business partner.

- Headcount Planning and Management.

- Managing all recruitment and selection process- both external and internal with a focus on business plans.

- Responsible for on and off boarding through orientation and fair exit process.

- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Responsible for hiring right talent as per the business requirements within target timelines, ensuring a smooth on-boarding to the organization and the role

- Manages and administration of Outsourced services, contracts/agreements of service provider of the HR function

- A single point of contact for the employees and managers for the entire Sales & Marketing Responsible for complete life cycle of an employee (i.e. On-Boarding to Exit Management)

- Maintaining HR Dashboard.
