Looking for MBA in HR / HR + Marketing - with 0-3 yrs experience in HR Consulting / Generalist HR for a Boutique HR Consulting firm working in the niche, unique and creative space of HR branding, HR communication & HR Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have / should be -
- Basic understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Business acumen and understanding of HR processes & systems
- Familiarity with presentation tools and ability to convert ideas into proposals.
