- Creating Business HR reports - Manpower Planning, Manpower budgeting, Attrition reports, Exit reports, Manpower Analytics report, HR Recruitment reports using excel and macros.
- Preparing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports and presentations for management review.
- Creating, updating and reviewing various HR documents.
- HR Data Analytics.
- Identify and provide process improvements.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders in regards to employee reports/issues.
- Creating Dashboards.
