Assistant Manager/Manager - Home Loans - BFS

Role : Assistant Manager/Manager-Home Loans

Location : Mumbai (One BKC)

The candidate will be responsible for managing & running a new vertical by evaluating potential opportunities in Home Loans, with focus on maximum efficiency and automating the process as and when required; developing a new revenue generating vertical in the form of P&L.

Home Loans :

1. Revenue Securing and Collection - Home Loans

2. Need to keep relations and networking with the top management of various Banks & HFC- s

3. Need to understand residential business by providing analytics in form of reports, presentations, SOPs, etc.

4. Need to understand the company functioning and help in expansion and smooth operations of Channel Partner businesses.

5. Need to assist in special businesses taken care by Senior Director.

Business Analyst :

1. Preparation of information docket - Information Memorandum, Financial Models

2. Assist the business line heads in transaction and structuring of deals

3. Create business strategies for key clients

4. Liaison with the various business verticals under the Group to create market reports

5. Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments

6. Co-ordinate and work with various city leads on transactions.

Career Progression :

Working closely with the top management of the company. The position helps the candidate to network with top industry professionals and industry veterans. When the Home Loans Vertical will be established in its glory, the candidate would be the front-runner for leading the vertical. Exposure to additional verticals will develop leadership & entrepreneurial traits in the candidate.

Skills and Qualifications required :

- MBA from Premier College

- CA (First attempt all groups)

- In-depth Financial modelling skills is a must

- Excellent Communication, written & verbal

- Should be proficient in MS office and other tools

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
