Job Description:

The Forensic & Internal Audit Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough audits and forensic investigations within the organization. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks, fraud, and compliance issues. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct Forensic Investigations:

- Investigate allegations of fraud, embezzlement, and financial misconduct.

- Collect and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed investigation reports.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address and resolve findings.

- Assess the organization's vulnerability to fraud and financial misconduct.

- Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks.

- Implement and monitor controls to prevent future occurrences

Perform Internal Audits:

- Plan and execute internal audit programs to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

- Assess the accuracy and reliability of financial and operational information.

- Review compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in forensic auditing, internal auditing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in conducting investigations and audits within a corporate environment.

- Mumbai candidates preferred from western line.
