Assistant Manager/Manager - FP&A - CIMA/ACCA Certified

- The primary purpose of this job is financial control through strong business partnering and the management of robust processes and controls. More specifically - 

- Set up a team in India over 2018, total team of c.14 heads, 4 of which will be direct reports

- Review and management of team projects, working capital, debtors, accruals & prepayments

- Be the interface with the transactional team in India

- Review of Balance sheet reconciliations prepared by management accountant

- Business partner to Marketing, spend of c.2m, review of spend ensuring it is in line with budget, forecast, obtaining marketing

- Salesforce reporting and analysis of pipeline movement, work with BD leads to improve process and reporting

- Work with Financial Controller to ensure best practice is rolled out across the business

Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experience - 

Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) - 

Team player and management of team

- SAP Experience

- Experience of project accounting revenue recognition
