Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager- Financial Modelling. Exp-4 to 8 Years

Profile: Here we are looking for candidates who have experience in financial modeling

Role Description /KRA:

- Building models for the Scratch Testing & analyzing models. Also will be working on Project Financing and debt syndication projects.

Team leadership

- Provide leadership, guidance and support for team members

- Provide regular feedback to team members with the aim of continuously improving work outcomes

- Drive a high-performance team culture

Team development :

- Provide regular coaching and training to team members to ensure performance standards continuously

Desired candidate:

- 4-6 years of relevant work experience

- MBA or equivalent qualification from premier institute

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Highly numerate

- Leadership skills

- Communication skills

- Confident and dynamic personality

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
