Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance - Internet/Online

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial performance and viability of various business initiatives, investments, and projects.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for the management team.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to evaluate financial implications of business decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains and implement best practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance or related field from a reputable institution.

- 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing projects or teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
