Position: Asst Manager / Manager (CA & CS)

Qualification - CA & CS

Experience - 2 to 3 years

CTC - Negotiable

Job Description :

- Coordination with Fund Accounting team for all accounting aspects like NAV. Expenses etc

- Prepare Monthly MIS for PMS and AIF divisions

- Coordination with Tax Consultant for tax aspects like T.D.S, Form 15 CA, Form 15 CB in terms of tax calculation of the investors/contributors of Fund

- Conducting /Coordinating Internal audit and Statutory audit

- Well versed with SEBI regulations for PMS, AIF and Insider Trading regulations

- Conducting Board meets, Committee Meets and preparing minutes in coordination with Consultant

- Assisting CEO in various assignments /Projects relating to company.
