1. Assistant Manager - Operations - 4 - 6 years
2. Manager - Operations - 6+ years
Experience in Event Management and planning is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-Time - Please note this is a work from office role - hybrid - 5 days working

We are a 60 people strong, 11 year old and well established Marketing Services company. Over the last decade, we have designed and delivered experiential marketing campaigns for brands like Red Hat, Google, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Salesforce, Tableau, Automation Anywhere, IBM, Cisco, Nvidia and other noteworthy fortune brands.

Job Description
The position of Assistant Manager / Manager has a pivotal role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing one or more accounts and will function as the direct point of contact.
This position works under close supervision and must be comfortable coordinating with various internal teams. The Assistant Manager/Manager must be able to handle highstress situations and manage client expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Should be able to make detailed & accurate cost.
2. Should have a sound understanding of vendors, market rates & availability.
3. Should have experience of using the right team/supplier for the right job.
4. Should understand the concept of presentation & brief.
5. Should understand & follow policies & processes of the company.
6. Should be able to plan, implement & execute detailed & complex logistics.
7. Should have ability to understand the needs of clients in specific scenarios.
8. Should gauge & evaluate the delivery from client to client.
9. Leadership of team and on-site venue management
10. Should be able to participate & interact in proposal & brainstorm phase.
11. Should keep up with what is new in the market & work towards delivering innovation & new approaches.
12. Ensure dismantling of setup in orderly and timely manner
13. Should be managing end to end liaising with stakeholders w.r.t event requirements.
14. Producing and managing detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
15. Ensure development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal stage right up to delivery.
16. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
17. Coordinate venue, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire.
18. Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
19. Supervise the activities of executives and event coordinators.
20. Recognize opportunities and areas for cost saving.
21. Traveling for onsite recce
22. Coordinating with suppliers, handling client queries, and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
23. Seamless coordination & communication with client
24. Post-event evaluation (Producing reports for event stakeholders)
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Post-Graduation from Event Management Institute is preferable.
- Ability to coordinate & communicate.
- Brand Vendor base knowledge
- Sound understanding of complex event planning.
- Should have sound understanding of tech equipment & usage.
- Latest technology knowledge
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to fulfill client/creative aspirations.
- Good at multi-tasking, coordination, producing and handling budgets.
- Good at Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to grasp new ideas and concepts.
- Ensure attention to detail & perfect delivery.
- Perform well in individual or team environment.
- Should have keen eye for best in market approaches & possibilities.
- Should have ability to plan, coordinate & implement recces, drawings, layouts & venue visits
