Position - Assistant Manager / Manager - Equity Capital Markets

Experience - 5- 8 years

Location - Mumbai

Job Description:

- Analyse, map, and scan the sectoral opportunities in a top-down manner to analyze and form the basis to identify the targets which can go public in next 6-18 months

- Prepare pitch/credential book, financial model and conduct detailed valuation analysis for Business Development and pitching for new opportunities

- Preparation and finalization of the roadshow presentation and FAQs.

- Co-ordinating for research Sales briefing,

- Allocation of investors for meetings and finalize roadshow schedules,

- Coordinate with Sales Team for scheduling investor meeting and collating investor feedback

- Preparing pricing rationale and issue sizing and structure presentation for launch of issue

- Coordinating with investors for completing the settlement and ensuring transfer of funds and allotment of shares
