Asst. Manager / Manager Engineering - Manufacturing Excellence Role - Paint Industry

- Driving Product and Process Costing across all Cos factories

- Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency.

- Design efficient production processes and workflows

- Apply Work Measurement techniques (Time study, Line Balancing) in order to achieve optimum Productivity improvement

- Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.

- Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues

- Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards

- Responsible for identifying and driving improvement projects GB, BB using six sigma, lean and other methodologies to meet the annual business targets for manufacturing & other functions

- Responsible for identifying pain areas and supporting functions in addressing pain areas by using various improvement methodologies

Candidate Requirement :

- B.Tech / B.E. ( Industrial Engineering / Production / Mechanical )

- Expertise in any one - Manufacturing Excellence / Business Excellence / Process Excellence will be a added advantage

- From any - Open Manufacturing Industry
