Job Description :
- Understand and drive Employee engagement initiative.
- Drive Engagement initiatives ( Health and Safety workshop, welfare workshop, Sports Day, Annual day)
- Employee Engagement Survey - facilitation and drive action points
- Rewards and Recognition (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Awards)
- HR Marketing ( Newsletter, Roadshows, Communication)
- Diversity Programs ( Engagement with Women group and facilitate networking)
- Support and drive participation in Employee Assistance program
- Collaboration with Communication Specialist.
- Design, Support all HR communications including the Intra updates
- Launch innovative employee engagement projects, initiatives
