Assistant Manager/Manager - Employee Compliance - Investment Bank

Role : Employee Compliance Asst Manager/Manager for a Leading Investment Bank

- Assist with the Compliance on-boarding process for all new employees with respect to New Joiner

- Training and annual refresher training requirements for existing employees across AEJ.

- Administer training program roll outs, monitor completion status for timely closure of programs

- Prepare MI reporting and ensure accurate & timely reporting to all stake holders

- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency

- Coordinate with external vendors for training development
