Assistant Manager/Manager - Disclosure Reporting - Capital Markets - BFS

Roles:

RSD Team includes but is not limited to the following :

- To understand varied regulations across jurisdictions with respect to shareholdings and holdings in sovereign bonds and utilize the knowledge in ensuring the Group's compliance to the regulations

- To perform daily monitoring and investigations ensuring adherence to the strict regulatory deadlines

- To be aware of new regulations / changes in regulations and highlight them to the Management ensuring integration of these in the day to day monitoring

- To identify system, reference data related issues and highlight them to IT Team

- To ensure accuracy of information shared with the stakeholders / submitted to regulators.

- Review and analyze the movement in shareholding in accordance with the local regulation of the country.

- Identify potential disclosures and investigate to ascertain the necessity of the disclosure

- Make the Management aware of new regulations / changes in regulations and ensure that the Operations Team accurately incorporates these in their day to day monitoring

- Identifying the potential risks and make the Management aware of the same

Skills:

3+ years of experience into regulatory shareholding disclosure.

Location - Bangalore

Shift: Should be flexible for both day and night shifts.

Mandatory skill set: Capital markets knowledge (Especially equities and fixed income)
